head straight to muesli heaven. why make a muesli with 23 ingredients when most have fewer than 12? because it means that every spoonful is different. the ultimate our first. rude health started with this muesli, the ultimate. we didn't know the rules of making a breakfast cereal, we just thought: what if there was no limit to the quality and quantity of ingredients? we balanced a great blend of grains until we couldn't improve the texture, then we added absolutely all the ingredients that got us excited. it might be our first muesli, but it is still our ultimate. rude health. we started mixing the ultimate muesli at our breakfast table in 2005. today, it's a bigger table, but our approach to food and drink is the same.
