Shipton Mill Soft Cake & Pastry White Flour - 1kg (FG136)

We mill our soft cake and pastry flour from English organic wheat. The natural properties of the wheat are ideal for baking cakes, sponges and batters. This is one of our favourite flours for an easy to handle shortcrust pastry, and is especially good in tarts and pies.

This product is Organic and is Vegan.
