Suma Couscous - Pearl - 500g (QS041)

This pearl shaped couscous grain is made with 100% durum wheat. With a chewier texture than conventional couscous it's delicious in salads or as part of a main course.

Useful Information:

Use two parts liquid to one part couscous, bring to the boil, simmer for around 11 minutes. Drain and use as required.
